Focus on people, organizations, and experiences

We start with the premise that every organization is different, which means that the same problem in different companies can manifest in different ways, requiring a different approach. The second thing we keep in mind is that we can’t solve every type of problem.

A problem may belong to our client, but there are cases where the issue is related to the system in which the company operates. The third thing we believe in is โ€œlearning by doing,โ€ which is why we use gaming simulations in professional training, team-building, or organizational intervention activities.

Both our training and previous experience are closely linked to the social sciences. Our consulting work is supported by research and teaching activities in the academic environment, which allows us to constantly check the accuracy of our interventions.

Our central assumptions are:

  • Any organizational system is composed of a series of interdependent components or subsystems.
  • The efficiency and success of an organization depend substantially on its ability to adapt to its external environment, transform that environment, or find a favorable environment for its efficient operation.
  • Organizations use a large part of their products, services, and ideas as inputs for their own development.
  • People are a vital resource for the organizational system, bringing knowledge, skills, energy, and experience.

At Aphorme, we focus on people and development opportunities to build trusted partnerships aimed at results. Aphorme was born out of a market need, where the workforce is becoming increasingly specialized, and the most efficient and cost-effective way to organize a company is by outsourcing specific activities.

Through the services it offers, Aphorme aims to address the problems of small and medium-sized businesses and, through specialized services, provide solutions and insights that lead to:

  • Increased turnover
